ChopOps

Terms of Service

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you sign up for) and No Code Green ("we", "us"), which runs ChopOps, a back-office tool for restaurants. By creating an account or using ChopOps you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • The person who creates a restaurant is its owner and decides who else gets access and with which role. Owners are responsible for the people they invite.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract and authorised to act for the business.

2. Subscription and payment

  • New restaurants get a 14-day free trial. After that, ChopOps costs the price shown on the Billing page per location per month, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Adding or removing a location changes your bill, prorated for the rest of the month.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You can update your card or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails and isn't fixed, we may pause access until it is. Your data is kept for at least 30 days after access ends.
  • We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices.

3. Your data

  • Everything you put into ChopOps — invoices, recipes, sales, hours, logs and documents — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
  • You can export your data at any time from Reports. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your data; see our Privacy Policy.
  • Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.

4. Estimates, not professional advice

ChopOps calculates costs, food cost %, labor %, overtime, variances and similar figures from the information you enter, and uses AI to read invoices. These are estimates to help you run your business. Always check AI-read invoices before saving them. ChopOps isn't accounting, payroll, tax, legal or food-safety advice, and doesn't replace your obligations under health, employment or tax law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, access other customers' data, resell it without permission, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep ChopOps running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance.

7. Liability

ChopOps is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or spoiled stock), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using ChopOps and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason (with a refund of any prepaid, unused time).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll notify account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use ChopOps afterwards means you accept the new terms.
